Tittmoning, this little town by the Salzach river, imbedded in intact rural surrounding, is indeed a wonderful place in the "blue and white holiday landscape".

Already from afar the visitor is welcomed by the imposing castle from the 13th century, the most famous monument in town.
Entering the delightful old town with its typical Inn-Salzach architecture through historic town gates, you will get to see the city square which is one of the most beautiful ones in Bavaria.

Therefore we offer the following options: The idyllic lake of Leitgering, varied routes for biking and hiking, the romantic Ponlach rift by the city wall, protected nature reserves and interesting paths with which to gain understandings of nature, music events and theatre, the historic festival on the castle, and Bavarian customs and ways of life.
